Quaternion Aerospace is an R&D SME company focused in the design, manufacture and operation of energy efficient and novel aircraft designs for manned and unmanned air systems market. Our open-ended and adaptive solutions are ideal for implementing and evaluating strategies from the simple to the extremely complex designs. We employ a diverse team of professional R&D engineers and support staff who have been empowered to continually create, build and deliver a dynamic range of aircraft design challenges and solutions to the educational and industrial sectors.

Past and present projects involve aeroelastic scaling of a joined-wing aircraft configuration; finite element modeling, analysis and validation of a "Turbo Otter" forward fuselage certification; design and feasibility analysis of an airborne measurement of an induced polarization device; topology optimization of an optical table; modeling and analysis of a helicopter bracket assembly; aero-structural optimization of a wing with morphing winglets, rapid prototyping and testing, and product design analysis.

We offer range of products including composite UAV airframes, ground control stations and ground support systems such as antenna pointing and launch / recovery systems. Products are available individually to compliment your current solutions or can be integrated into a turnkey, proven Unmanned Autonomous System.
