We have more than 4000 officers and ratings in our database. They have been educated, trained at Romanian Maritime Training Center and received certificates and licenses in accordance with STCW 95 and other International Regulations.

Based on our management team's wide experience, achieved in the past 8 years in relevant positions, such as chief officer, SDPO on board various OSVs and second engineer on board Oil Tankers, LPGs, LNGs, as well as three years as Crew Manager in a prestigious multinational crewing company, we can assure you of our highest quality services at all times.

"Oil &Gas Recruitment" crewing is established in Constanta / Romania and it is authorized by the Romanian Government (authorization APN 10 - 0192) to perform manning services for and on behalf of overseas ship managing Companies. It is a fully private owned and financial supported entity

Services can be provided individually or collectively and they include:
- Recruitment of seafarers in all aspects
- Supply of working gear and uniforms
- Flights and travel arrangements
- Forward planning and connections with seafarers
