Hennepin is the largest county government organization in Minnesota. Our employees work every day to improve the health, safety and quality of life for our residents and communities. Hennepin County provides a broad array of public services to 1.3 million residents across 611 square miles. No matter what you're interested in, we have a place for you. Our services are organized into seven work areas; County Administration, Disparity Reduction, Health and Human Services, Law, Safety & Justice, Operations, Public Works, and Resident Services, which are distributed among 50 interconnected departments.
