This high level of experience, combined with the ability to produce large bespoke orders as well as complex one-off projects has seen KENRAY involved in a number of collaborations with blue chip organisations such as Pepsico Europe, Nestle and Intersnack to name a few. At KENRAY, quality is paramount within the production process. As a result we operate to rigorous systems in BS EN IS0 9001.

We design and manufacture all types of shoulders including round, oval and rectangular for all types of VFFS machines, independent of brand or make. Our expertise in full forming sets extends to a variety of components such as flared tube solutions for many different product types, gas flushing units, top chutes or integral cones, spreaders both fixed and removable, block bottom attachments as well as PTFE strips.

We have also formed long lasting relationships with key players in the industry for a variety of ancillary products such as film drawdown belts, cutting knives and heat sealing jaws. Our buying power means we can pass this saving onto our customers.
