Based centrally in Clackmannanshire, Ceteris has 13 business locations offering over 260,000 sq ft of serviced offices, industrial units and workshops.

With over 150 tenant businesses (employing almost 1000 employees) choosing our property portfolio, we take seriously our responsibility as landlord to deliver the very best in customer service, to manage sustainable, environmentally friendly buildings and to offer additional services such as our free, informative and timely workshops and events.

Indeed, in 2017 both the Alloa Business Centre and Cooperage Way Business Village were awarded Gold Level accreditation from Keep Scotland Beautiful National Awards for Environmental Excellence whilst, in recognition of our commitment to the environment, we were finalists in The VIBES - Scottish Environment Business Awards.

Our Business Development Team run the Business Gateway Clackmannanshire contract (recently awarded for a further 5 years), the ClacksWISE Women into Self-Employment programme, the HEAT Dragons' Den competition for new businesses in Forth Valley and offer bespoke business training and advice to companies of all sizes in Forth Valley.

The location is stunning; Clackmannanshire lies between the majestic Ochil Hills and the River Forth providing the perfect business base, less than 9 miles from Stirling and no more than a 40 minute drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh city centres.
