Avenue Capital Group, founded in 1995 by Marc Lasry and Sonia Gardner, is primarily focused on making opportunistic credit and other special situations investments across the United States, Europe and Asia. With over 185 employees worldwide, Avenue maintains dedicated accounting, operations, legal, risk management, compliance, business development and information technology teams. The Firm is headquartered in New York and has offices in Dublin, London, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, Abu Dhabi and Silicon Valley. It has $13 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2023.

Avenue's team of over 60 investment professionals has deployed approximately $100 billion in investments across a variety of industries, regions and cycles with an eye towards value creation and capital conservation.
