Lothbury Investment Management is a specialist boutique UK property fund manager.

We manage unlisted property vehicles on behalf of institutional investors seeking indirect exposure to UK real estate.

Our winning method is innovative, but simple. We call it a Core / Active strategy. We use our core portfolio of prime assets to secure stable returns and employ active development initiatives alongside it, to increase the opportunities for value. This dual strategy is both successful and flexible, and is effective throughout the economic cycle. Overall, it provides clients with the greatest competitive advantage, coupled with the lowest possible risk.

As at 31 December 2023, our assets under management stood at £1.2bn.

Lothbury Property Trust is our flagship fund, launched in February 2000. As a balanced UK property fund, it invests in all of the main commercial property sectors and also has exposure to residential assets.
