Eliesha Training is an experienced learning and development provider with offices in Newcastle upon Tyne and Cardiff that specialises in bespoke management and leadership solutions. Over 150 leading public and private sector organisations have partnered with us for long-term, innovative learning and development interventions that provoke a targeted, tangible response in their workforce and have a lasting effect on business performance and productivity.

We have always maintained a strict philosophy of working in close partnership with our clients in order to obtain an in-depth understanding of their specific culture and business aims. This Strategic Learning Partnership approach has helped many organisations meet their challenges and support their transformation towards a learning enabled culture.

Eliesha Training is on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) for the new Level 3 and 5 Management Apprenticeships and already has contracts in place to deliver these for levy-paying public-sector bodies. We are also the only supplier pre-approved to deliver all 8 lots of the Welsh National Procurement Service Corporate Training, Learning and Development Framework.

We specialise in a diverse range of training delivery methods and course durations, from our own range of micro-learning videos – pearls of wisdom® – through to face-to-face solutions like 90-minute Bitesize sessions, 3-hour Masterclasses, all-day Workshops and fully CMI and ILM accredited programmes. We also provide accredited distance learning courses and a variety of Online e-Micro Toolkits on highly prescient issues.

Our range of topics is constantly updated and refreshed by our large network of associate trainers to keep up with professional trends and changes. The most recent additions include carefully designed interventions around Change, Agile Working, Leading in Uncertain Times, Mindfulness, Health and Wellbeing and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity).
