Fairoak Foods is a chef-led manufacturer of high quality, fresh, chilled soups, macaroni cheese, mash, sauces & stews. We have designed our new BRC-accredited nut-free production facility to deliver consistent products efficiently - whilst embracing all that is great in the culinary kitchen environment. We can efficiently 2 stage cook so reductions, caramelisations and de-glazing, are all common place practices in our facility. We are focused on delivering efficient, small batch production with an attention to detail. We produce bespoke recipes and currently supply leading high street customers and food service clients.
