As a wholly owned subsidiary of AUDI AG, we are present wherever people come in touch with the Audi brand. Whether analog or digital - with over 1.5 million customer touchpoints per year, Audi Interaction can confidently claim to be the face and voice of the Audi brand.
We support over 300 Audi dealers and more than 1,200 service locations in Germany, as well as various departments of group company with communication services. We work hand in hand with them to competently and reliably advise our customers along the entire customer journey. In doing so, we create unique customer experiences: through our motivation, customer orientation, and enthusiasm for performance.
At our two locations in Potsdam and Ingolstadt, over 400 employees actively engage in dialogue and shape the work environment with their individual strengths, teamwork, expertise, and commitment.
