Crownview Apartments - New Homes that would be ready to move into in September 2021.

Crownview is the second mixed-use development in Wollongong CBD by Oxford Crown Group. It is located at 373 Crown Street, Wollongong NSW 2500. The Project comprises two towers, which are twenty and ten storeys respectively, containing 149 apartments and about 7,000sqm commercial space, with total project value more than $130 million. The construction is expected to complete by 31 August 2021.

About 60% of the apartments have been sold; 40% of the commercial tenants signed the lease agreements (30% of the commercial are purchased by the tenants). Commercial is focused on medical and healthcare services. Currently we have tenants from Neurology Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, Physic Therapy, Dentist, Imaging, etc., with Oxford Medical to provide GP Services, Health Checks and Collaborating on the latest Medical Research and Applications.
