About
Established in 2015, the Innovative Design and Emerging Applications (IDEA) Lab combines academic research with our design and development skills to create innovative knowledge and new technologies. We explore a range of different content areas, with each researcher having their own speciality, from VR, AR, MR, and Desktop Simulator to cybersickness, participatory design, human-computer interface, human-automation teaming and decision support systems. Many of our researchers help organisations develop their potential through scientific evidence.
