I will introduce myself to you, I am Betty Kay and have been selling Rural Real Estate in Circular Head for 19 years and won the REIT Award's for 15 years for selling the most rural properties along the North West Coast of Tasmania, dealing with farmers from all parts of the world over the years. I am from a local dairy farming family and we sold our farm when my husband became sick and then we raised dairy heifers on adjustment for farmers in this area, until I started real estate.
I worked for Websters and then Elders, and then opened up Landmark in Circular Head and now we operate under Betty Kay Realty.

Circular Head is a very well known productive area of Tasmania for Dairying, Beef and Cropping. Our location on the North West Coast of Tasmania has a very reliable rainfall of between 1100 & 1600 mls or(42 to 55 inches)
Our soils in this area ranges from rich red basalt soils to heavy black sandy loam soils, with some areas having small amounts of clay based soils.
