Our offices near Leeds include a CATI telephone research centre, a laundry lab with washing machines/dryers for fragrance testing and a separate viewing facility for qualitative research and training.

The latest development at Swift is an expansion of our viewing facility to include wet rooms for first hand observational research into personal care products.
