To minimise the impact on local authorities in terms of time and budget, we work under Service Level Agreements rather than a formal contract. Our costs are covered by the statutory fees incurred by debtors under the Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014.

As part of our commitment to high standards, we are ISO 9001:2008 certificated, and are members of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV).
