Sepehr investment Bank (private limited company) after obtaining establishment permission from Iran Securities and Exchange High Council which is the highest organization in securities market of the country, was registered on November 27th 2011 with no.419292 in Tehran companies and noncommercial institute's registration office. Therefore, it has so far announced its presence as a financial institute in the investment banking industry of Iran and began working on January 25th 2012 after gaining license from Securities and Exchange Organization.
