Clean Cold Power is on a mission to bring about a cold chain with no pollution or noise.

Every day we see the importance of the cold chain, with food and medicines delivered via ground transportation. In the U.S., there are roughly 400,000 transportation refrigeration units (TRUs) on the road.

But traditional diesel-powered refrigeration units produce more emissions than the trailers that pull them down the highway.

To make an environmental impact and keep up with changing regulations, a new solution is needed.

After considerable R&D investment, five patents worldwide and four years of over-the-road trials, the Clean Cold Power TRU is the only third-generation liquid nitrogen-based system. It is a Zero-Emission refrigeration unit for the U.S. that is safe, cost-effective, and easy to deploy – with a simple infrastructure compared to other alternative technologies.
