Jubail Operations & Maintenance Company (JOMEL) is one of the largest, most sophisticated, efficient and environment friendly power & desalination plants founded in 2008, headquartered in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. JOMEL is privileged to provide operations and maintenance services to operate and maintain Marafiq Independent Power & Water (IWPP) project.

JOMEL is joint venture of ENGIE International Company and NOMAC Company. ENGIE is a global energy player and an expert operator in the three key sectors of low-carbon power generation, gas infrastructure and energy services. NOMAC is a well-known Saudi owned company; active in the operations and maintenance of industrial facilities.
