تأسست شركة المواد الزراعية (مقدادي) في الأردن في عام 1960 على يد المهندس خليل مقدادي - رحمه الله - مما جعلها واحدة من أقدم الشركات الزراعية التي أنشئت لتقديم الخدمة الزراعية للمزارع في المنطقة. تولدت هذه الفكرة لدى المرحوم الذي كان اول من سعى وراء إنشاء الشركة فلقد كان المهندس الزراعي والمزارع في آن واحد وقد تخرج من فرنسا.

Agricultural Materials Company (AMC) was established in Jordan in 1960. Making it one of the oldest companies to serve farmers in the region. The late Khalil Miqdadi was the man behind the idea that was to become AMC.
