Taruna Nusantara (TN) is a boarding school in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. Founded in 1990 by Try Sutrisno, a former Indonesian vice president and general, the school is known for its strong emphasis on national values and leadership skills. It has produced many notable alumni, including politicians, military generals, and top corporate executives.

In addition to the national curriculum, the school's teaching incorporates courses and activities that are specifically designed to develop a sense of nationalism and cultivate leadership traits among the students. These courses and activities include basic rifle marksmanship, public speaking, and community service. Leadership roles within the student body are rotated regularly to ensure each student has experience leading and following.

TN is a highly selective school, and only the top students are accepted. The school's admission process is very competitive, covering multiple written exams, an interview, and a physical fitness test battery.

TN is a fully-boarding school; therefore, all students are required to live on campus. The school provides students with housing, meals, and uniforms. Students are also required to follow a strict code of conduct, which includes rules on behavior, dress, and personal hygiene.
