SMEET established in 2010 by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, Barwa Real Estate Company is a leading producer of building materials within the MENA region.

SMEET offers an integrated product mix and innovative building solutions for the construction industry. It specializes in the production and supply of ready mix, precast, blocks, pavers and kerbs.

SMEET Ready Mix division is equipped with modern, technologically advanced production facilities and support systems that are strategically located at four locations across State of Qatar .i.e. in Lusail, Duhail, Industrial Area and Mesaieed assuring proximity to its customers' projects.

SMEET Precast division is the largest & the most advanced single factory in the MENA region located at Mesaieed Industrial City and offers a massive area of 300,000 square meters. In addition to this factory, SMEET Precast also have another production facility in the same area with an area of 72,000 sq. m.

SMEET Blocks, Pavers and Kerbs division offers broad range of standard and specialized blocks, pavers and kerbs. Its production facility is located at the Mesaieed Industrial City beside the SMEET Precast division factory.
