SkyElectric Inc. is US based incorporation based in Florida. SkyElectric has conducted its Research & Development in Pakistan under name of SkyElectric (pvt) Ltd. Research and Development started at Center for Advanced Research in Engineering (CARE) Islamabad, and then was continued at their own dedicated research facility in Islamabad Stock Exchange Towers (ISE).

SkyElectric Inc. was founded by Ashar Aziz (Founder of FireEye Inc). Ashar Aziz has earned great reputation and respect in the field of network security and now has branched into clean energy development and solutions. According to Ashar Aziz (CEO and Executive Chairman of SkyElectric) the mission behind SkyElectric is:
