The Needham Group (TNG) is a family business with its Headquarters in the heart of rural Shropshire. Founded by Roger Needham in 1962, the company has grown from a regional distributor for marker pens to a diverse group of divisions serving a wide variety of market sectors.



The Group mission is to continue to develop the divisional portfolio by investing in its core competencies and by creating a customer serving, highly motivated, accountable, reliable, creative, dedicated, and happy workforce.

The Group has its roots in manufacturing and continues to lead in the formulation and production of modern ink systems. In addition, TNG also has an established reputation in the coding sector for the supply of high quality inkjet and laser systems for both the national and export markets.
