Based in Cambridge, UK but working around the world, the Baker Richards team of consultants, researchers and developers share a passion for the arts and an obsession for detail. We have worked with hundreds of organisations, including many of the world's leading theatres, opera houses, orchestras and art galleries. Our clients include Edinburgh International Festival, Historic Scotland, National Theatre, London Symphony Orchestra, Metropolitan Opera, Royal Academy of Art, Royal Danish Theatre, Royal Opera House, Royal Shakespeare Company, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Southbank Centre, and Sydney Opera House.

Since 2009 Baker Richards has worked closely with US-based Jacobson Consulting Applications (JCA) as a software partner, and as a consulting partner of JCA Arts Marketing (since JCA acquired Baker Richards' US sister company, The Pricing Institute, in 2014).

Together with JCA, Baker Richards is the joint developer of a data warehouse that powers a number of software applications including the box office data-sharing component of UK Theatre's Evidence Centre
