Gym In Motion provides bespoke intellectual fitness and wellbeing solutions to a range of clients requiring specialist support; specifically over 55's, clients with learning difficulties and clients with physical disabilities. Our services are provided either via In Person Live Classes, At Home Live Classes or At Home On Demand Classes. With over 8000 live carehome fitness sessions under the belt has given our trainers the experience to keep participants engaged through both the physical and cognitive fitness process..

Our services are aimed at individuals, carehomes, independent living venues, healthcare providers and local government. We believe that the variety and price points of our services will cater to most requirements.

All our sessions offer clients a benefit in everyday life and cover balance, stability, muscle strengthening, cognitive skills, flexibility and intellectual stimulation. Each session is different from the last which keeps our clients engaged and makes exercising a fun social event. In addition Gym In Motion provides Falls and Stroke rehabilitation programs.

All our trainers are industry qualified, DBS checked and sourced from local communities they serve, thus investing in local economies.
