Sheldon Bosley Knight was founded in Shipston-on-Stour in 1843 and was initially built on auctions and on-site farm sales. In the years since, our business has survived two world wars, seen seven monarchs, successfully navigated recessions and depressions and watched in awe as men landed on the moon. Very few UK independent businesses have the heritage we do.
Our business has also grown and diversified significantly since we started to meet our clients' changing needs and circumstances, developing into a multi-disciplined estate, land and property agency, boasting 10 specialist departments - residential sales, residential lettings, commercial property sales and letting, block management, strategic land and development, rural land agency, surveys and valuations, planning and architecture, new homes and auctions.
Our geographical reach has also increased and we now have offices across Coventry and Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire and the Cotswolds and we are proud to be embedded in the local communities we serve.
As our business has expanded, so too have our staff numbers. We currently boast more than 250 highly skilled, experienced and award-winning surveyors, architects, planners and estate agency professionals, who work together to advise our clients on every step of their journey.
Now one of the UK's most trusted estate, land and property agencies, with a well-earned excellent reputation in a profession not always known for its integrity, we are a local business with the knowledge, experience and specialisms of a national organisation.
