Businesses/Divisions that make up the Group are: Clarke Chapman Facilities Management Ltd, Clarke Chapman Manufacturing Division, Clarke Chapman Machining Division, Mackley Pumps Division, Stothert & Pitt Division, Wellman Booth Division, Cowans Sheldon Division.

Clarke Chapman comprises a number of divisions Cowans Sheldon, Stothert & Pitt, and Wellman Booth. all well-established names in their respective sectors. Headquartered in Gateshead in the North East of England, the 3.6 hectare site also serves as a manufacturing, assembly and test facility for the group.

In 2000 Clarke Chapman was acquired by Langley Holdings plc, a diverse, privately owned engineering group based in the UK with principal operating divisions in Germany, France and the UK and more than 70 subsidiaries worldwide.
