YESFEZ is 15,820,655㎡ sizes of area (4,790,000 Pyeong) where Gyeonggi and Chungnam jointly develop under the core goal to develop knowledge creating economic special zone and to promote as a international trading base with China.

As designation is requested for reviewing, decision-making, and approving on economic free zone by the article 4 of Economic Free Zone Designation and Operation Act, it will be developed into high-tech industry and international logistics function until 2020 in 3 districts: Songak District, Dangjin province, Chungnam, and Inju, Asan city, Chungnam, and Poseung District, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi.

Based on world-class cluster and location, it will develop international business, residence, education, tourism and leisure, and will ensure free and wide range of corporate activities by providing various incentives such as supporting national funds or reducing tax.
