Diversified Properties specializes in value creation through the development and redevelopment of multifamily, office, self-storage, retail and industrial real estate projects. Since its inception in 2000 by industry veteran, Nick Minoia, Diversified Properties has developed real estate valued at more than $1.5 billion and boasts a portfolio valued in excess of $500 million.

Driven by a passion for building, the Diversified Properties team has constructed dozens of rental and for-sale multifamily communities comprising over 10,000 units across NJ, NY, PA, MD and CT throughout its history and currently manages an existing development pipeline spanning 4,000 residential rental units across 10 diverse communities.

Backed by more than 75 years of combined hands-on experience in the construction and development industries, Diversified Properties has also brought over 800,000 sq. ft. of office, self-storage, retail, and industrial space to the market since 2000 and currently manages a portfolio comprised of over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
