About

It was in 1950, in Cavaillon that the family business Transports CHABAS was born. Originally focused exclusively on the transport of fruits and vegetables in Provence, under controlled temperature, the company experienced diversification and rapid growth from the beginning of the 80s. Indeed, in 1984, faced with the need to complete its activity, it expanded through the external acquisition of a company specializing in the transport of fresh flowers, whose head office was based in Nice. In 1986, still with the same concern to diversify its activity, it absorbed and integrated into its head office in Cavaillon, a company specializing in the transport of fresh products in the south of France. In 1989, the Fresh Products transport department expanded close to the production sites, by renting and fitting out a 300 m2 premises in Ste Florence, in Vendée. As this activity was developing favorably, a more solid installation proved necessary in Saint Fulgent. This was done in 1992. Distribution is still concentrated in the South, along the Mediterranean Basin. Today, the company carries out four activities (Primeur, Produits Frais, Fleurs and Vin) and has 12 platforms mainly distributed in the south-east of France. Transports CHABAS remains a family business, which attaches great importance to the quality of the work carried out, a guarantee of the loyalty of its customers, its sustainability and its development. Values ​​shared by women and men who carry out their mission every day with care to guarantee and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
