Since 2014 Lyn and I have been all over the world from our showroom in Barnsley to find the best hot tubs and saunas to suit the needs and budgets for local folk. We've been as far as Oregon on the West Coast of the USA, to Lyon (France) to Salt Lake City (USA), Halmstad (Sweden) and even to China, as we search for manufacturers we can trust to support us and build for you a product that will deliver the performance you need, with a cast iron back-up, support and warranty programme.
When it comes to peace of mind we have you covered. All the products we bring to Yorkshire we sell in Yorkshire, this means that if there is a rare problem we can get out to you very quickly. All our manufacturers provide upto date training and parts to keep us relevant and knowledgeable, but more importantly able to service our own customers, without the need to rely on external service agents.
