Patrick, a RINA company, is a US based engineering & design, construction, management services, and technology firm. Formed in 1979 as Patrick Engineering Inc., the company provided services to local, state, and federal government agencies; private and public utilities; and FORTUNE 500 companies. In 2023, Patrick became a part of RINA S.p.A.. RINA is a multi-national company providing dedicated, bespoke services for the infrastructure, transport and logistics markets. The combined expertise of the new organization represents a unique opportunity to strengthen our expertise and better serve our clients. With both Patrick and RINA having proven histories in both the US and abroad as trusted partners, clients can continue turn to us for the entire process of project delivery.

As a RINA company, Patrick will continue to provide a full suite of engineering disciplines, experienced construction managers, program management and project controls experts, and GIS and asset management technology specialists.
