Our hands-on team of geothermal experts averages over 20 years' geothermal experience per professional, in 18 countries on 6 continents and at 87 hot water and steam fields worldwide.

Located in Palm Desert, California, GRG was founded in 1992 by William "Bill"​ Rickard, a licensed Professional Engineer and recognized industry expert with over 30 years of experience. He is currently serving on the Geothermal Resources Council Board of Directors 2014.

GRG's personnel are practicing geothermal drilling engineers and geothermal resource consultants with experience in domestic and international project management. Our personnel have extensive knowledge in geothermal drilling engineering, geothermal well design and geothermal well drilling. GRG's most recent projects have taken place within Alaska, Commonwealth of Dominica, and Africa with a continued long-term work relationship in the Hawaiian Islands.
