We offer employees exciting adventures of skiing, golf, hiking, tennis and other resort activities. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, teamwork and living life to the max! We want our customers to really notice the awesome people who are running the lifts, serving the hot chocolate, shoveling the walkways, grooming the trails, making the snow… you get it, right?

One of the many great things about working at Stratton is that your days off fall on weekdays when the mountain pretty much belongs just to employees and locals. It's awesome and not uncommon to find yourself on a trail all by yourself or just with the friends you're riding with!

Stratton is committed to the Employee Experience, and we dedicate ourselves to the active pursuit of health, well-being, and work/life balance. Every employee receives a free season's pass! Additional resort perks and discounts are also available (golf, fitness center, child care, seasonal programs, etc). All employees get retail and food and beverage discounts at most locations on the mountain. Stratton also offers amazing, family-friendly perks, privileges and discounts for full time employees. Employee child care is also available. 

Employees receive free or discounted lift access at most area ski resorts (all of Vermont and beyond). Full time employees also have skiing/riding privileges at all of the other resorts in our family - and it's a big family - over a dozen resorts that span North America!
