Rydym yn cydweithio gyda bobl yng Nghymru, Gogledd Iwerddon, Swydd Ayr, Cumbria, Coventry, Plymouth, ac Arfordir Swydd Efrog fel eu bod yn mynd ati i wneud gweithgareddau awyr agored fel ymgyrch gydol oes. Gyda'n gilydd gallwn newid bywydau unwaith ac am byth. O glybiau lleol hyd at gopaon ein mynyddoedd, mae cyfle i bawb gymryd rhan.

Mae ein prosiectau yn fodd o roi hwb i hyder pobl a'u helpu i ddatblygu sgiliau a dysgu i weithio mewn tîm er mwyn mynd ati i fanteisio ar gyfleoedd newydd a bywydau mwy iach. Drwy wirfoddoli, manteisio ar addysg, cymryd rhan, cyflawni hyfforddiant a drwy weithio mae modd i bawb fynd ati i newid unwaith ac am byth.

Bu i ein prosiectau gynnig dros 100,000 o gyfleoedd gweithgareddau awyr agored er mwyn gwella iechyd a lles; bu inni hyfforddi dros 4000 o wirfoddolwyr; bu inni helpu dros 500 o bobl ddi-waith i ddod o hyd i waith; bu inni sefydlu dros 80 o glybiau a grwpiau awyr agored cymunedol gyda dros 7000 o aelodau'n rhan ohonyn nhw; yn ogystal, bu inni gynnig cyfleoedd cynaliadwy i dros 1000 o bobl anabl.

We work with the people of Wales, Northern Ireland, Ayrshire, Coventry, Plymouth, North Yorkshire Coast and Cumbria to take up outdoor activities as a life-long pursuit. Together we change lives for good. From local clubs to the peaks of our mountains there's a place for everyone.

Our projects develop the confidence, skills and team working that can provide the stepping stones to new opportunities and healthier lives. Through volunteering, education, participation, training and employment there's a place for everyone to change for good.

Our projects have provided over 100,000 outdoor activity opportunities for health and well-being; trained over 4000 volunteers; helped over 500 unemployed people back into work; established over 80 community outdoor clubs and groups with over 7000 members participating; and provided sustainable opportunities for over 1000 disabled people.
