Hope Therapy & Counselling Services offers Mental Health and Wellbeing Support throughout the UK via our experienced team of counsellors, therapists and coaches.

We offer a wide range of therapeutic services, including counselling (one to one, couples & groups), CBT, EMDR and Hypnotherapy.

We also run regular Counselling CPD and workshop events throughout the year, do get in touch to find out more.

We understand how nerve-racking these times can be and how they can affect people differently. As such our experienced team will not only focus on your support but will also help you in becoming ready to start your journey too.

We have counsellors covering a large number of areas throughout England, so you may well be able to see us face-to-face wherever you are. However, we all offer Skype, Zoom and telephone support, so wherever you are, we will be able to work with you. People work with us from literally all areas of the country and in some cases from abroad.
