About

nTtau Digital is developing the digital design tools to reduce the design time of fusion power plants from years to minutes. We have established automated simulation workflows that work with parametric CAD and automatic meshing tools. These are operated within a costing framework developed by Woodruff Scientific with support from ARPA-E that allow fusion power plants to be designed and costed at the same time. The automated simulation workflows generate training data sets for neural networks which then allow us to perform multi-objective optimization. It's pretty slick - the digital assets of the optimized system can be viewed on a flat screen or in VR (using @SciVista's SummitVR(TM)).
