Since 2004, Friends has served as the leading source in the U.S. of accurate, timely information on the Global Fund, a public-private partnership that is challenging how the world fights disease. Friends shares the Global Fund's vision to end the deadly epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria through approaches that are innovative, efficient and transparent.
