PERMANENT PLACEMENT
Many of our clients seek experienced lateral attorneys and paralegals to add to their team. We successfully place partners, associates and staff members in nearly every private practice environment and corporate law department setting.
TEMPORARY PLACEMENT
Our associates find challenging work in the practice areas best suited to their skills and experience. Engagements range from several weeks to several months with a variety of full-time, part-time and flexible schedules. Our clients pay only for the hours worked and the specific assignments needed. This efficient use of legal personnel is easily managed and provides bottom line value to the client.
TEMP TO HIRE
We are pleased to facilitate the conversion of temporary assignment to permanent position when both the associate and the firm desire a permanent relationship. Our clients appreciate the opportunity to "get to know"​ our associates before making a long term commitment.
