Soundcore Capital Partners is a lower middle market private investment firm specializing in buy & build investments of private-, family- and founder-owned companies in the United States and Canada. The firm exclusively focuses on recession-resistant companies in highly-fragmented industries within the business services, specialty manufacturing, and value-added distribution sectors.

Since the firm's founding in 2015 by Jarrett Turner, Soundcore has remained dedicated to an intentional focus on sound investments and steadfast to its commitment to core principles.

Soundcore was designed with a specific intent: to be the distinctive, sector-focused, lower middle-market private equity firm in the industry. Our track record is rooted in our differentiated investment mandate: a top-down, thesis-driven investor with direct, proactive bottom-up sourcing capabilities and an operationally intensive, buy-and-build investment strategy.

Since inception, Soundcore has acquired 93 businesses (11 platform / 82 add-on), with $1.3 billion total enterprise value (TEV). Of the 93 companies acquired, Soundcore was the first institutional capital 89 times (95.6%). Soundcore has completed a (mean) average of 8.5 acquisitions across the 11 buy & build platforms created to date. Soundcore has sold / exited six (five to private equity and one to a public strategic) of the 11 platform companies, generating in aggregate $1.6 billion in TEV. Of the companies sold to date, the average (mean) hold / ownership period is 5.0 years.

The firm has $928 million in assets under management (AUM), as of 6/30/23.

Soundcore's limited partners include some of the world's leading endowments, foundations, pension funds, family offices as well as executives of Soundcore portfolio companies.
