About

Watoto Wenye Nguvu International Orphan Care (W.W.N I.O.C) is a non-governmental organization which was founded in the year 2004 by Madam Elizabeth Muthoni Gitau with the intention of supporting orphans and vulnerable children of Kilimambogo. It was later registered in the year 2005 by the Kenyan government after the founding intentions were validated. In its journey of existence Watoto Wenye Nguvu I.O.C has bolstered its empowerment support to Orphans & Vulnerable Children (O.V.C) through various programs which includes sponsorship, Kusitawi village, school feeding program, secondary school, next step, micro loan and income generating projects. Since its inception Watoto Wenye Nguvu I.O.C has partnered with like minded sponsors and donors which includes Children of strength of United States of America, Stichting Benjamin Foundation of Nederland and others in the quest of assisting the OVCs in Kenya. Our doors remain open to more sponsors and partners.
