Ridhwaan has 10+ years' experience in auditing, accounting, tax and various other outsourced services. Ridhwaan previously worked at Mazars, a top 10 international audit and accounting practice, in junior and managerial roles. Ridhwaan's focus has been with Small and Medium-sized Entities and offers services to individuals and partnerships. Ridhwaan managed a broad portfolio of clients across various industries and specialised in international companies who have or are setting up in South Africa in various industries; non-profit organisations with governmental and non-governmental funding, and extending to the farming, information technology, retail and manufacturing industries.

Ridhwaan set up and grew an International Outsourced Accounting (and other services) Department at Mazars and then spent a year managing funding for the Old Mutual Group in Treasury before setting up as ZHR Accountants.
