About Bottings Fruit Alchemists

Founder Guy Husselmann has 30 plus years' experience in the hospitality industry, 24 of these as a renowned national and international chef.

He established Bottings after he saw a need in the trade for a range of bespoke premium purées and fruit essences. Using his expertise as a chef, he intuitively crafted a range of products designed to celebrate nature, produced with no artificial flavourings or ingredients.

Showcasing a range of unique flavour combinations, all Bottings products are infused and blended to perfection. Providing incredible versatility, they can be used in everything from cocktails, juices, salad dressings, glazes, smoothies and milkshakes to coffee and cheesecakes.

Proudly South African, Guy's knowledge of the food scene gives him insight into the availability of quality, local, in-season produce as he concentrates on buying only the best.

This means that Bottings products are continually evolving; bestsellers from in-season fruits are always available, with Guy adding a touch of flair and producing new tastes that delight and challenge chefs and mixologists to create their own masterpieces around new flavours.

Guy is passionate about this industry and takes a hands-on approach to producing and marketing the Botting's range of products. Recognising the benefit of the range and versatility of his products, Guy offers a drinks-menu consultancy service to the trade helping clients to produce the best possible bespoke specific drinks offering for their bar or restaurant.

It doesn't end there, either. Guy offers onsite training for bar and restaurant staff to ensure that their creations are perfectly presented; with limitless gourmet drinks and food applications in mind.
