Amongst others, projects recently completed include The Rosehill Mall shopping centre in Port Alfred (R85m), The Avanti office development in Tygervalley (R105m), The Afriland Offce Park development in Technopark in Stellenbosch (R90m), approx 40 turnkey fitouts for new branches for First National Bank nationwide and numerous office fitouts. Current projects include Barloworld Toyota Stellenbosch (new dealership), The Swellen Mark shopping centre in Swellendam, the Millennia Park office development for Remgro in Stellenbosch (Green Star SA registered), The Vineyards Centre, Stellenbosch (R200m - mixed use), Village Walk Durbanville (retail) and Village Square Durbanville (retail), The Foundry residential estate near Stellenbosch, etc.
