About
The company was founded in 1996 under the name, Fleming Martin Securities (Namibia), with the objective to provide financial services to both institutions and individuals. After various mergers and acquisitions Simonis Storm Securities (Pty) Limited (SSS) was established and is currently 100% Namibian owned. The company has grown in stature and managed to secure agency agreements with companies who are leaders in the financial industry regionally as well as internationally.
Simonis Storm Securities is a member of the Namibian Stock Exchange, which is regulated by Namfisa, the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority. Our auditors are KPMG.
