Using our cultural-based hiring model, we match people with positions and companies, creating a successful employee experience and hiring process for our colleagues, clients and candidates—because the most important thing in business isn't what your company does; it's who your company is.

With a name like Hueman, it should come as no surprise that we're a company based on people—starting with our very own. Previously a part of PPR Talent Management Group, Hueman was established by a core leadership team who saw an opportunity to expand their cultural-focused recruiting models. For two decades, this core team worked together, creating a company that recruits, hires and manages quality individuals for quality positions.

However, we aren't the typical recruiting partner who views hiring as an administrative function or a headcount. Instead, we look beyond the metrics, and recognize the person; the individual. We look for heart, creativity, passion and character, and when we see it, we hire it.

Today, we measure success on culture, employee engagement and the employment experience. We're proud to have built a business that has been recognized by the Great Places to Work Institutes as a "Best Place to Work"​ for 13 straight years, and the only company to earn that recognition every single year.
