Our Vision is: To Identify and nurture young entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders who will make a positive change in their community, country and world at large.

Our vision is supported by our four-fold mission statement:

1. To establish and maintain a Youth Centre of Excellence for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Leadership skills training for self and formal employment through recreation of programs for young people aged between 17-30 years.

2. Creating an authentic, collaborative network of high potential youth in Zambia who will break down prejudices, lead to cultural, religious and gender understanding to make a positive change.

3. To provide a safe, caring and confidential environment that is conducive to learning, change and belief that nothing is impossible.

4. To address the social-economic challenges, mental health, gender stereotypes and issues facing the male-child in Zambia.
