UBX Tanzania Limited has been in operation since 2000. It is incorporated in Tanzania under the Companies Act as a private limited company with Registration Number 39801.

Our more than 20 years of business experience in Tanzania speaks of the reliability, sustainability, and trust that our customers, partners, and regulators have in us. UBX was originally registered as Intrinsic Technology Tanzania Ltd (ITT). In 2004, ITT was acquired by Business Connexion (Pty) Ltd of South Africa and changed its name to Business Connexion Tanzania (BCX). UCS acquired BCX majority shareholding in 2021 and changed the name of the Company to UBX.

We are Tanzania's premium end-to-end digital partner. We are proudly Tanzanians, we operate across various sectors countrywide, delivering ICT services and related products. The driving force behind our service provision is our "partnership" rather than being just a vendor to our customers.
