WE are a forum of experienced C-IQ certified coaches based in Europe and/or working in Europe. WE focus on organizational change and individual development, diversity & inclusion, corporate culture and leadership.

By sharing ideas and insights we enable and inspire personal and professional growth. WE met because we wanted to crack the code of conversational intelligence. Together, we bring connection, trust, an openness to experiment, a curiosity to learn, and a deep commitment to better the world.

What do we do? WE equip leaders with the soft skills necessary to navigate effectively in the 21st Century. Comprising experienced leaders, managers, coaches, and consultants from Europe and abroad, we collectively address individual, team, and organizational development needs through a multi-cultural lens.
