Welcome to Sri Lanka's largest private Higher Education organization, situated in the picturesque suburbs of Malabe in close proximity to Sri Jayawardanapura, the administrative capital of Sri Lanka.

CINEC campus was established in 1990 with the vision of building close working partnership with the industry, the professional organizations and other stakeholders to serve in the best interest of its clients and customers. With branches in Nugegoda, Trincomalee and Jaffna, college boast a student portfolio of over 20,000 student registrations including corporate sector, annually, who follow a range of over 185 study and training programmes on offer, all leading to highly sought-after opportunities of employment in the fields of Maritime, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics and Transportation, Management, Health Science, Aviation, Law, Science, English, Education, Hospitality & Vocational Training.

CINEC also manages National Maritime Training Institutions of Republic of Fiji, Seychelles and accommodate foreign students.
